Terms & Conditions — TossPK Platform Rules

Welcome to TossPK ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). TossPK is an English-language online betting information platform operated for Pakistani users. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and TossPK, governing your access to and use of the TossPK website located at https://tosspk.cam and all associated services, content, features and functionality available through that domain.

By accessing, browsing or registering on TossPK, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.

TossPK provides information about online sports betting, live casino products and responsible gambling. The Platform is an informational resource — it is not itself a licensed gambling operator, casino or bookmaker. All betting and gaming activity takes place on third-party operator platforms, subject to those operators' own separate terms and conditions.

Access to and use of TossPK is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by the law applicable in your country of residence, whichever is greater. To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

4.1 Registration Process. You must provide accurate personal information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. TossPK strongly recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You agree to notify TossPK immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

4.3 One Account Per User. Each individual may maintain only one active account. TossPK reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, forfeit associated bonuses and take further action where duplicate registration is detected.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC). TossPK and/or the referenced operators may require identity verification in compliance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to provide copies of government-issued identification, proof of address and/or proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in restricted account access, delayed withdrawals or account suspension.

5.1 Permitted Use. TossPK grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform Content.

5.2 Informational Nature. All Content published on TossPK — including betting guides, payment method explanations, bonus descriptions, odds explanations and responsible-gambling resources — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, legal advice, investment advice or any guarantee of outcome. Past performance or illustrative figures presented on the Platform do not predict future results.

5.3 Third-Party Operators. Where TossPK references third-party betting or gaming operators, those references are provided for informational context only. TossPK does not endorse, recommend or guarantee the services, terms, availability, payout practices or compliance of any third-party operator. You engage with third-party operators at your own risk and subject to those operators' own terms and conditions.

5.4 Payment References. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other Pakistani financial service providers appear on this Platform as familiar contextual references only. These references do not constitute, imply or suggest that those providers endorse, support, authorise or are affiliated with gambling activities or with the TossPK Platform.

5.5 Sports References. References to Pakistan cricket, the Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports organisations appear as contextual references to real-world events relevant to betting markets. These references do not imply any commercial relationship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation between TossPK and those sports bodies, leagues or events.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of the Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and/or referral to relevant authorities where required by applicable law:

• Accessing or using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, fraudulent or misleading information during registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or associated systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, scrapers or other non-human means to access, extract or interact with Platform Content.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing, collusion or any other activity that violates applicable criminal law in connection with your use of the Platform or any referenced operator.
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities or glitches on the Platform or on any referenced operator's platform for personal gain.
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using third-party funds to qualify for bonuses or misrepresenting your activity to qualify for promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening, defaming or otherwise causing harm to TossPK staff, representatives or other users.
• Publishing, transmitting or distributing any malicious code, virus or harmful software through the Platform.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) where applicable.

7.1 Informational Nature of Bonus Content. Bonus offers, welcome packages, reload promotions, referral schemes, birthday rewards and other promotional content described on TossPK are presented for informational and illustrative purposes only. Actual bonus availability, values, eligibility criteria and terms are determined solely by the relevant third-party operator and may change at any time without prior notice on this Platform.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses described on this Platform are subject to wagering requirements — minimum turnover conditions that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by operator and offer. Users must read and understand the full bonus terms published by the relevant operator before accepting any bonus.

7.3 Illustrative Figures. 7.4 Bonus Abuse Prohibition. Such conduct may result in forfeiture of bonus funds, account closure and other consequences imposed by the operator.

8.1 Operator-Controlled Deposits. All deposit and payment transactions on TossPK occur through the cashier systems of third-party operators, not directly through TossPK. TossPK does not hold, process or have access to user funds deposited with any operator.

8.2 Pakistan Payment Methods — Contextual Reference Only. TossPK provides educational guidance on payment methods commonly used in Pakistan, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and optionally debit/credit cards and cryptocurrency where applicable. These references are educational context only. TossPK makes no representation that:

• Any specific payment method is currently available on any specific operator's platform.
• Any Pakistani bank, mobile wallet provider or fintech service permits or supports gambling transactions.
• Any payment transaction will be processed within a specific timeframe.

8.3 Funds Verification. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Using payment accounts belonging to third parties is prohibited and may constitute a breach of the relevant operator's terms and applicable law.

8.4 Cryptocurrency Deposits. Where cryptocurrency deposits (such as BTC, ETH or USDT) are referenced on TossPK, such references are subject to the operator's current support for those currencies and networks. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network confirmation times, gas fees and price volatility. TossPK does not confirm or imply that cryptocurrency is legally available for gambling purposes in Pakistan. Users must independently verify their legal position before transacting in cryptocurrency.

9.1 Operator Processing. All withdrawal requests are processed by the third-party operator, not by TossPK. TossPK provides educational guidance on the withdrawal process but has no control over, and accepts no liability for, the processing, approval, rejection, delay or conditions of any withdrawal.

9.2 Standard Requirements. Most operators require the following before a withdrawal is processed:

• Completion of KYC identity verification to the operator's satisfaction.
• The withdrawal account name must match the verified identity on the account exactly.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied.
• The account must be in good standing with no outstanding security reviews or AML holds.

11.2 Limited Licence. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TossPK grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and access Platform Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast or otherwise disseminate any part of the Platform's Content without TossPK's prior written consent.

11.3 Trade Marks. The TossPK name, logo and all associated marks are trade marks of TossPK. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use any TossPK trade mark, trade name, logo or brand feature without prior written authorisation.

11.4 User Content. Where you submit any content, feedback or communications to TossPK, you grant TossPK a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and publish such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform.

12.1 No Warranties. The TossPK Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. TossPK does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12.2 Exclusion of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TossPK expressly excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any Content.
• Any gambling losses incurred by you on any operator's platform.
• Any inaccuracy in bonus descriptions, payment method information or odds guidance published on the Platform.
• Any failure, delay or error by a third-party operator in processing deposits, withdrawals or account operations.
• Any reliance placed by you on information presented on the Platform.

12.3 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TossPK and its officers, employees, agents and successors from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform or your violation of any applicable law.

13.1 Termination by TossPK. TossPK reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice where:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• TossPK suspects fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity in connection with your account.
• TossPK is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority or court order.
• Your continued use of the Platform creates legal, reputational or operational risk for TossPK.

13.2 Termination by You. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting TossPK at the email address listed in the Contact section. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licensed, as disclosed in the Platform's current legal documentation.

14.2 User Responsibility. Regardless of the governing law applicable to these Terms, users remain solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction of residence. TossPK expressly does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions, including Pakistan. Users in Pakistan must independently assess their legal position under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and all other applicable legislation before accessing gambling services.

14.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and TossPK arising from or relating to these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or through the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction, as specified in the Platform's current legal documentation.

TossPK reserves the right to amend, update or revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, TossPK will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example, by posting a notice on the Platform or by updating the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.
